Echidna Kids Returns & Refunds Policy
At Echidna Kids, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law as provided by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC). Below is our policy on returns and refunds:
1. Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
- Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Returns Process To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a proof of purchase.
3. Returning an Item Please follow the steps below to return an item:
- Email us at info@echidnakids.com within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return. Please include your proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
- Return the item to: 119 Deans Rd, Meredith, VIC 3333, Australia. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Faulty or Damaged Products If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at the above email so we can guide you through the replacement or refund process.
